Role Purpose
ROLE Egis Group is recruiting a Quality Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management plans aligned with international standards and local Saudi construction codes Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards Analyze construction materials, workmanship, and installation methods to identify defects and non-conformances Document quality issues, prepare detailed inspection reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality concerns and ensure timely remediation REQUIREMENTS Minimum 10 years of professional experience in quality management within the construction or engineering industry Proven expertise in construction quality assurance, inspection protocols, and defect analysis Strong knowledge of international construction standards ISOs and Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations Proficiency in quality management systems and construction documentation software Experience with CAD software and digital inspection tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams Familiarity with material testing procedures and construction methodologies Preferred: Quality management certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent) Preferred: Construction-related professional certifications or credentials Preferred: Experience working on large-scale construction projects in the Middle East region EMPLOYMENT Full-time.
