Management responsibilities: At Fairmont Ajman, exceptional service and flavours are the hallmarks of every dining experience.; As Assistant Manager – Pool & Beach Bar, your leadership and passion for guest service will drive outstanding operating results – and ensure your outlet is both a preferred dining destination and workplace.; Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, essential job functions of the Assistant Pool and Beach Manager include but are not limited to the following:; Assist in managing the daily operations of the pool and beach bar to ensure efficient and high-quality service.; Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally.; Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across all areas.; Support in planning and executing promotions, events, and seasonal activities to enhance guest engagement.; Supervise and motivate the team, ensuring productivity and positive morale.; Conduct daily briefings, allocate duties, and monitor performance.; Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.; Ensure compliance with grooming, service, and brand standards.; Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.

Candidate requirements: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.; Minimum 2-4 years of experience in luxury or upscale Food & Beverage operations.; Proven experience in pool, beach, or resort environments preferred.; Strong knowledge of premium beverage trends, service rituals, and guest engagement.; Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.; Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control.; Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.;
