Role Purpose
ROLE Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square is recruiting a Resident Services Supervisor in San Francisco, CA, United States. RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise residence-service shifts and act as manager on duty; coordinate owner/guest arrivals, inspect the property, handle service recovery and reservations, train staff, perform overnight audits and payment reconciliations, and apply emergency, privacy and payment-security procedures.
Main Activities
REQUIREMENTS Previous front-desk/concierge experience, a valid driving licence in good standing, strong written/verbal communication and Windows literacy are required. Must handle guest concerns calmly, work with colleagues and meet standing/walking and occasional physical duties; overnight work is included.
In addition, eMPLOYMENT Temporary.
Delivery and Collaboration
Hours/arrangements: Includes overnight shifts and night-audit coverage; temporary role may become permanent, without guarantee PAY AND BENEFITS USD 36.16 per hour employee/property discount programmes.
