Role Purpose
ROLE EGIS CANADA LIMITED is recruiting a Safety Chief – RAMS and Systems Assurance in Toronto, ON, Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES Direct RAMS and systems-assurance programmes for major light-rail projects, oversee hazard analyses and mitigation, develop lifecycle safety cases and assurance plans and coordinate integration, testing and operational readiness while mentoring specialists and managing stakeholders.
In addition, rEQUIREMENTS Requires an electrical/mechanical engineering bachelor's, Ontario P.Eng.
Main Activities
and ten years of engineering experience, preferably in rail transit. Needs extensive RAMS/systems assurance, hazard and fault analyses, safety cases for SIL-certified systems and technical-team leadership; rail commissioning and advanced systems/safety study are assets.
