Role Purpose
Manage CNS banking, financial-services and insurance technology accounts in Dubai. RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
In addition, build senior BFSI relationships and strategic account plans. 2.
Moreover, generate new, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Main Activities
3. Coordinate cloud, security and outsourcing proposals with presales.
In addition, 4. Negotiate contracts and coordinate implementation and billing.
Moreover, 5. Monitor account health, resolve escalations and maintain CRM forecasts.
Delivery and Collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Relevant business, finance, marketing or computing bachelor's degree and at least ten years of UAE account-management/client-sales experience with significant BFSI or BFSI-technology exposure. UAE banking-market knowledge, senior stakeholder engagement and commercial/CRM skills are required.
