Role Purpose
ROLE Hitachi Energy is recruiting a Service Technical Trainer in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deliver engaging technical training on PGSV portfolio equipment and safety protocols.
In addition, lead and deliver training sessions for both internal teams and external customers. Oversee the certification process for field service personnel.
Moreover, maintain a state-of-the-art Service Academy and its equipment. Prepare and update comprehensive training documentation and bulletins.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and in English and ability to collaborate in cross-functional team.
Therefore, ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering concepts.
