Role Purpose
Manage owner-side industrial and corporate real-estate construction projects. EMPLOYER AND LOCATION Turner & Townsend; Edmonton, Canada.
In addition, turner & Townsend provides project, programme and cost-management services.
Main Activities
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead projects from planning through occupancy; Coordinate phased work in operating facilities; Manage facility upgrades, relocations and fit-outs; Align operations and project teams; Control cost, programme and readiness. REQUIREMENTS Relevant engineering, architecture, construction or project-management bachelor’s; 7–10 years of progressive relevant delivery experience; Owner/occupier representation and active-facility projects; Controls, contracts, procurement and risk knowledge; Office and MS Project/P6; Strong client leadership; PMP preferred.
